Mr. M. Devadass - Manager (Operations) has had a distinguished service with the Indian Army, having exposure to combat operations and administrative experience in security administration.
Mr. K.Arumugam - Manager (Customer Relations) had vast exposure to security related aspects in the Indian Navy, having hands on experience in various operations.

All ESM Security Guards employed by Bharatheeyam are Ex-Service Men having a minimum of 15 years experience in Military duties. They are all well trained and are of high caliber, who were responsible for the security of the Nation. Ex-Servicemen get discharged from service at a young-age and all persons employed are in their prime age group.
All other guards deployed after thorough training by qualified instructors.
